Being community focused we offer various clubs and events.
Dunegeons & Dragons Nights
Our professional Dungeon Master takes a group of up to 7 brave adventurers (aged 16+) on quests for fame, riches and glory - two evenings a month. He also runs twice monthly sessions for under 16s.
Arts and Crafts Club
Every third Monday morning, Hazel runs an arts and crafts club for anyone who fancies the chance to be creative or just have a couple of hours of mindfulness and relaxation.
Other
Retro Library Pop ups - That Retro Place provides a week of free retro video game fun and both Caterham libraries during school holidays. See your local library for information.
Roundtable Events - we have run retro video game pop ups at events including the Roundtable Beer Festival.
Chess Club
Tuesday mornings are dedicated to chess players and is a chance to find a new chess partner.
Subbuteo Table Football
That Retro Place is a registered club with the UK Subbuteo Association and members two evenings a month to play league and friendly matches. New members are always welcome.
Local Church Youth Group
Every first Wednesday of the month, the local churches run a youth group for 11-16 year olds where they get to play board games, video games and have a fun hour and a half.
SEND Parents Group
Every last Friday of the month (from 1pm) we offer a free group for parents of SEND children (of all ages). This group is supported by a highly experienced SEND professional and a retired head teacher with over 30 years of experience working with SEND children.
